Canada allows individuals to visit for many different purposes. One of them is visiting Canada to see your family. There are some visa-exempt countries, but some countries do need authorization from people to come and stay in Canada for a specific time. That’s possible with the help of a Temporary Resident Visa.
Following are the requirements that applicants need to be satisfied.
- Applicants must be healthy and may require to undergo medical from CIC panel physician
- Applicants must have a valid passport, proof of identity or other travel documents;
- Applicants must satisfy CIC official that you have strong ties to your home country (e.g. a job, home and family);
- Applicants must satisfy CIC that you will leave Canada at the end of your authorized stay;
- Applicants should have sufficient funds for the duration of your stay;
- Applicants may require a letter of invitation from someone who lives in Canada.
